Start up screen it shows ''Charge/update'' , my batteries are fully charged and I checked online but the only update is a "Michael File for Customized Logo'' , I didn't think you needed the customized logo for it to work. It will sometimes go past those options and let me actually use the product. Not sure what's going on, it just started doing this yesterday.

Yes I'm having the same exact problem it just gets stuck on the "Charge/Update" screen and randomly lets me use it. Did you happen to find a solution to this problem?
