If you use Metronidazole you will want to avoid PG juices in any concentrate while using it and for several days after stopping use. I had to start on this medication and was vaping an 80/20 blend and it affected me very negatively.

Found this on the matter and it lines up with what was experienced.

Maybe this will spare someone the discomfort if they know to look for it. My skin was on fire.

Also, alcohol. You might want to google food items, as well. Many foods contain pg, even toothpaste.

Noted. I am not eating presently and I don't drink alcohol. Got myself good and proper deathly sick. Will check on the toothpaste.

I dunno about you, but I'd ask about an alternative treatment - damn that one looks wonky.

Got Meningitis. Not a lot of treatment options. IV antibiotics and a whole bunch of pills.

I am pretty early in the sickness. ER Sunday night, IV's, test and medications Monday. Now two days into antibiotics and parasitic medications. Still have 10 days to go.

I have been told I have only about a 1% chance of death even though I feel like I am dying. Odds are in my favor. Just have to suck it up and plow through it.

Got burned by swimming in a beautiful creek.

    Appreciate the well wishes.

Appreciated. Was a beautiful weekend hiking, camping, swimming and shooting. Sometimes you have to pay a toll. This one was a bit higher than expected.

Sucks what you are paying I think a nasty hangover should be the worst IMHO.

Just one of those deals. I rarely get sick but when I do, I do it big.

    Gack... sorry to hear.

No idea what it is, what it's for or why you're on it but...
Huck barely touched on the fact that PG is used as a moisture stabilizer in a stunning number of our packaged food (think soft cookies) and medicine cabinet products.

(I used to use it raw in a sponge or bottlecap, like most other cigar smokers, to keep the humidifiers at a constant ~70% RH. It's old school moisture control... and it's everywhere.)

I was basically throwing it out there because like everyone else I rarely read the side effects of anything until I am experiencing side effects. I think it is a pretty commonly prescribed antibiotic when high powered antibiotics are required.
