About those ICR 18650 5000mAh batteries...

GB sells them. Lower down on the page, it says "Actual capacity 1500mAh."

FT also sells them. They put "5000mAh" in quotes. Lower down on the page, it says "Battery Capacity (Fasttech Tested) 1060mAh"

CandlePowerForums tested the GTL and UltraFire 5000mAh, and both were hovering at around 1000mAh.
