BetterJoy - another custom FW for Joyetech, Wismec, Eleaf

I made FW foy Joyetech (Wismec/Eleaf) devices with big Screen (like RX Gen 3).
It's based on MyEvic and Sur_MyEvic project and support a lot of features, interface and usability improvements (like light stealth mode).

Also, it's fully open and everyone can make some suggestion/build the FW for youself.

My FW has always up-to-date online installer - you just need to press "update" button
like, but you can always any offline flasher


I will write more about it, if it will be interesting for you

If say shotter (sorry my Russian English): project is big and great, but I can not write instruction. If you comment/donate/bring something in code/instructions, it helps a lot.

This is C But even not programmer can edit FW, but it can be hard in the beginning.

Support is extremly welcome . I made this FW because most of devs just ingnored features that I needed. You can not only donate, but discuss FW, help with some ideas and coding of course. Really, I lost a lot of power on this and it's still needs a lot of resourses, I just do not have it

By the way, there is new update . Some fixes and at last I get how make flashlight mode

Thanks ^_^ Somebody can be confused with exe, for example). It uses quite noobish methods (7zipSFX+script download), but really it's the first flasher which does not need local file. You just can launch exe and press update button.

Also you can decompile it with 7zVuilder , it's scripts very easy. My Avast think some time before launch it, but it's launching.

I tried to make control better and comfortable
Now it looks like

2xFire - Temp/Power mode in TC and VVlite (vaaryvolt - yeah, we have it) in WV
3xFire - Profiles
4xFire - Edit screen

-Fire - menu
-Fire - long press - rotate screen
-Fire - looonger - swap +- buttons (in next releases)

+Fire - stealth
+- - key lock

+-Fire (three buttons) - call brightness control
+-Fire long - call flashlight

In menu:
-Fire - go to parent menu
+- - exit from menu


Some changings from original Sur_Myevic

-Battery protection (charging will be stoped at maxtemperature-21C)
-A LOT of interface changing, some of them still not stable, but we work on it
-Better TC screen (screen refreshes 10 times per second, not 2)
-Less time for some reaction. You know Drag with 0.025s fire delay? We set 0.010 and it works ^_^
-4 level for brightness - 0-33-66-100-0...
-Optimized control
-Fire screen counter changings (it keeps screen alive)

I'd be all over this if I had a mod that could use it.

Quick question. Are you saying that you have been able to get the mod to fire more quickly? If so, why wouldn't they have maxed out its ability from the factory? Doesn't make sense to me, but then I'm reminded of my Volkswagen GTI. I have a device that can turn some neat features on and off and also change how other things work. For instance, I can open and close the windows from the remote, turn on "Hill Assist", which keeps the car from rolling backwards while stopped on a hill and a bunch of other stuff. Why wouldn't they have all the stuff turned on from the factory? Who knows.

Are you saying that you have been able to get the mod to fire more quickly? If so, why wouldn't they have maxed out its ability from the factory?

For example, default fire reaction is 60ms, coz contact can be unstable or... I don't know actually.
Also in myevic (i don't remember how AF make) at least in Sur's release, for example, menu can be showed after 1 second of holding, in my version it is 0.4 sec.

New feature:
ChargeTemp Protection
You can set in settings/expert/MAX/ChT max temp when mod is charging.
If device become hotter that ChT, it just stops charge until device became colder. It protects you li-ion battery and your mod.
Default settings: 50°C
Also, there is some changes in charging screen, but it's a little glitchy, I am little lazy. Not it shows every battery percent. I wanna make clock too.

Bad words are supported, 6clicks for ....Off screen
A lot of small and bigger interface improvement. Font is bigger and easier to reading now. Now there is no interface freezings in TC mode
