Just like asking dad for your fair share, the phrase “black mods matter” also has an implicit “too” at the end: it’s saying that black mods should also matter. But responding to this by saying “all mods matter” is willfully going back to ignoring the problem. It’s a way of dismissing the statement by falsely suggesting that it means “only black mods matter,” when that is obviously not the case. And so saying “all mods matter” as a direct response to “black mods matter” is essentially saying that we should just go back to ignoring the problem.

having to point out that ONE of anything matters is the squeaky wheel looking for some oil and asking for SPECIAL ATTENTION and to be treated differently then the rest of the group

and no i do not think racism does not exist in this world, but i do believe that racism in terms of black/african americans etc is an industry in the US and people make money off the racism on both sides and that industry wants to perpetuate the racism on BOTH SIDES

you obviously are a fan of British shows.
look at orphan blacks cast, doctor who, luther etc etc etc black skinned people are all over teh place, as major characters. interracial relationships are all over the place. its NO BIG DEAL in britain. the industry that perpetuates racism doe snot exist to the extent in Britain as it does in the USA.

RACISM will never go away. someone will find a reason to dislike someone forever and ever. and skin color will always be one of those reasons. but there is an industry in this country making money off racism and perpetuating it in the media and making the problem worse and worse while making money off it on both sides of the color spectrum
