He may be a new seller on ebay, and has to fix that shipping cost.

Yep...that was my point. I checked shipping to my zip and it was over 15 bucks total for one battery - and the shipping cost went up with every battery I added to the quantity. I'm sure the shipping charge is in error but as it stands it's way too high.
