brown wick new coil build kennedy rda

dual coil on a kennedy comp 22.
one coil and wick is perfect but the other one on one side turns brown. So out of the 2coils 3ends of the wick is perfect just one side is brown. Anyone have input

I've had that issue too. It happens on my builds when the cotton touches the inside of the top cap. The brown stuff is the vaped juice residue inside the cap. It is nothing to worry about.
