bubbles forming to the top of the bottle

hi guys, i bought some liquid + seperate nicotine shots, put the nicotine in all 5 of the bottles and on 1 of the bottles i get loads of tiny bubbles rising to the top of the bottle, is this normal ?

Did you shake it? The bubbles are probably caused by that.
