Built-in battery mod dead

I came back to vaping after a couple of years away from it. So I chose a new mod -- the highly touted Vaporesso Tarot Nano. The thing worked great, until the last few weeks. The mod began showing it was charging without being plugged in. I tried cleaning the USB port. That didn't seem to make a difference. Other than the incorrect charging display though, it still worked fine: vaping, charging, no problem.

Now I charged it for a couple hours. And nothing. The battery shows zero charge.

Have I just over-vaped a non-replaceable battery? The worst part was I looked up when I got this mod ... just 6 months ago.

My next mod will have replaceable batteries.

And charge your batteries in an external charger.
Most of the USB charging ports on mods do not hold up really well for full time charging.
I suspect that your battery is ok but the charging circuitry is fried.
