Im kinda new to vaping so bare with me. Should i build lower resistance like .1 ohm to be able to vape 200 watts on a regulated mod?

You don't need to go as low as 0.1 to vape at 200W.
How low you need to build in order to reach the mod's max wattage depends on the amp limit of the chip.

The question is why do you think you need to vape at 200W at the first place??

The amount of wattage you need is directly proportional to the mass of the coil and how hot you like your vape.

You can vape at 200 Watt or 10 Watts.

Im going to build a dual coil parallel 26 gauge kanthal 5 wraps around a 3mm bit. Which will be around .2 ohms
That build will vape just fine at 30 to 40 watts. 200 watts would scorch the juice, and most likely melt or pop those coils. If you want to increase the wattage best to use thicker resistance wire. I enjoy a 10 wrap dual, 4 mm diameter, 22 awg nichrome. I get plenty of vapor pushing at 80 watts.
