and this is a survey Dr Farsalinos is conducting to present to the fda
FLAVOR SURVEY (US Vapers only) If you click it and it asks for a password, copy paste link into browser. (This will take about 15-20 mins) https://secure.dacimasoftware.net/CSU...

I could sticky it at the top of whichever section that it will do the most good in.

I got the vapenews email too and already did it but MANY don't know about this yet.

    I got it stickied here:

What happened to the home of the free  Seems like you guys are more controlled than us mere subjects of the crown in many instances.

The lunatic fringes are in control; the govt is infested; the many media are all owned by a few companies - and there are agendas in action to convert the whole show to something obscene.

I think the UK has it's own issues with immigration, courts, brexit, scotland, ireland, etc.. So far, vaping in the UK seems worlds saner than our puritans/loons. (Although, I did read the church-of-england is going nutso as well ;-)

I do think there are a large number of nitwits appointed and elected that only barely remember how the country was formed and why.

With the UK the biggest issues with vaping seems to be EU regulations and I think they were emboldened to do some stupid things off the back of the FDA line.

In the UK we are affected by virtue of the Related Products Regulations 2016 act, which was the vehicle for implementing the EU Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU)

Its all very stupid and ill thought through. I mean you've got 2ml tanks now thanks to those regulations. bottles containing nicotine no bigger than 10ml and no stronger than 20mg.

When you look at the intention of the regulations, most of the arguments for what they have actually imposed via them don't stack up. The rules undermine the intentions.

People say things like kids might drink the liquids - Well I don't see any requirement to sell things like window cleaner and bleach in bottles no bigger than 10ml! Require them to have secure caps and safety locks if we must legislate for stupidity of people not keeping dangerous things out of kids hands but be proportionate and sensible about it.

Its counterproductive - because of the regs I now have nic shots - so a kid gets hold of them and manages to open it they are gonna get 18mg, rather than the 3 or 6 they might have got before I had reason to buy them

The 2ml tank limit meant I've been wandering around with bottles on me when I'm out and about because I have to keep topping up, creating the risk I might drop one, or leave it somewhere.

The EU regs talk about wanting to see equipment providing consistency of doses, and yet now you have to stick your own shots in, I often get variable hits and an overwhelming blast of nicotine every now and then when I've just dumped a nic shot in a new bottle and started using it.

I understand that safety of its citizens is the first duty of government but the regs they brought in have created as many, if not more risks than they sought to eliminate/ reduce.

Not one person has been able to make a good argument for the regulations being the way they are now

Heh... If you think that's bad, you should see how our american FSB ( Пограничная служба Федеральной службы безопасности Российской Федерации)) - you know, the FDA and the USPS and others? - are strangling trade with Canuckistan.. I have a canadian buddy been trying to ship me a few old atty and mods for 2 years now.

I already know our country will slam the lid on vaping - and just take the tobacco-money and cry crocodile tears.

It is wierd that the UK keeps this policy when after all it has been the UK medical establishment who have been the most supportive of vaping.

Not really, it has to at the moment as we are in the EU and we have to comply with the EU Tobacco Products Directive (2014/40/EU)

Unfortunately he is an idiot and gets himself into trouble by the stupid and ill thought out way he goes about things. He says some stuff that some people want to hear. Some of those people are so blinkered they ignore how foolish and irresponsible he is and whitewash over his criminal activities. He is not credible enough to lead/ champion any cause as he will always undermine said cause.

He is no idiot..I doubt your IQ is one point higher than Tommy Robinson"s I really do, besides there are people far smarter than you or I who support Tommy..and the issue is not whether or not you find him credible, the point is the totalitarian asswipes of your goverment jailed a man for political dissent..and then the dickheads issued a media blackout of the event..it was an act reminisecent of the Statsi in East Germany or the KGB in the Soviet Union..Britan has crossed a line in totalitarianism and raped the idea of free speech, free thought, and a free media....the issue is not Tommy . the issue is how your goverment deals with people who question the state and the elite.....what happens when the goverment decides you're an idiot and that is a good enough excuse to jail you...who will be left to protect you from the state.
Of course the state run media is going to vilify him and call him an idiot and a criminal...but tell me when in the history of the world has a political dissenter been called anything else by their goverment....goverments don't exactlly encourage revolution. The whole world is watching and the only people doing any whitewashing is the UK goverment and the Left in Britian who are now showing how little they value human freedom.

His latest stunt that got him jailed was incredibly stupid. He was asking for trouble. It doesn't matter what someone has done, they are entitled to a fair trial and in the UK you are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law no matter if its blatantly obvious someone did something illegal. His actions were very silly and put the principle of people getting a fair trial at risk. If the trial had collapsed off the back of his actions it would have cost the taxpayer a fortune. He admitted what he did was ill considered and wrong himself. He realised his actions were indefensible even if you don't.

The issue for which he was jailed had absolutely nothing to do with questioning the state or the elite. It was about undermining the judicial process. Perhaps you like the idea of mob justice, but having seen some of the nonsense spouted across twatter, fleecebook, the content of troublemakers letterboxes, and the kind of summary actions taken by gangs of riled up people in places like Pakistan. I'd rather our courts remained the mechanism for dispensing justice.

Talking about already publicly reported rape gangs is not a "stunt", its reporting. Sentencing a man to death an hour after his arrest for exercising "free speech" is neither justice or freedom and is incredibly suspicious. Implementing a government mandated media blackout to stifle the story is just grotesque.

Wow ...the goverment couldn't have said it better if they stuck their fist up your ass and made your lips move....undermining the judical process..the social workers and even the police themselves have been and are continuing to be exposed by Tommy for being complicit in these rape gangs,in protecting them.Tommy is exposing a goverment who allows immigrants to come into their homeland and rape their own childeren...this is not an isolated case this is systemic...Tommy is being silinced for shining a light on this...He also didn't say a damn word that the local papers hadn't already reported, and yet none of them were prosecuted...even his first arrest was bullshit he was on the steps of a courthouse not in the court, he wasn't doing anything a hundred other reporters do...this is political targeting ....mob justice? pull your head out of your ass.Tommy was arrested on disturbing the peace....there was no disturbance...he did not call on anyone to do anything he was not calling for violence. It is such a farce that he was convicted on a charge he wasn't even arrested for.he didn't admitt shit...he wasn't even allowed access to his own attorney ...you act as if the UK goverment is interested in prosecuting rape gangs...what a fucking joke...they have no interest in prosecuting these animals time and again they've been caught protecting their exposure, because they know it will embarass the goverment's failed immigration policies.the whole point is your courts aren't dispensing justice they are being weaponized against the people themselves. You can blow smoke up your own ass all you want, but don't try selling it to me.

You have got the wrong end of the stick and working from several false premises.

If you are actually interested in the truth, this is a pretty good synopsis of the reality of the situation.

    You are very welcome :)

For what? Whether the UK goes in the direction I want to see it go in or it doesn't is irrelevant. I would still say the same thing. Dear old Tommy was in contempt of court, admitted as much, and was sentenced accordingly. It really is that simple.

do you know how to read? are you really this fucking obtuse? That is such a moronic adolescent hit piece I would think you'd be embarassed to even link it. If this is your defense of an indefensiable act of outright jackbooted thuggery you got shit for a defense..Wrong end of the stick what the fuck is the matter with you..I've read more intelligent better researched, and more evenhanded reporting by communist shit rags printed in the basements of a porn house...what you posted was nothing more than some leftist assholes character assassination.but it ain't journalisim...Why do you think the goverment forced a black out.....only third world dictators pull crap like that. like I said nobody is buying the offical narritive. I've been watching Tommy Robinson for years now the only people who are buying the crap your selling don't know anything about the guy, and are the kind of idiots who trust their goverment and the state or corporate media.....and God knows they have no motive in controling information right Einstien.

Clearly? I wouldn't be able to reply to you if I couldn't. I see deductive reasoning isn't one of your strengths ;)

There is no frame of reference for me to comment as to whether I am 'this obtuse' . Am I obtuse generally, I don't think so. I don't go out of my way to use big words or make it difficult for people to understand what I am saying, quite the opposite in fact. Am I perhaps a little insensitive. I have my moments no doubt, but don't we all. I don't think I'm any more insensitive than the next man. I'd venture to suggest you are a little more insensitive than me. Despite the fact I have been courteous to you, look at some of the spiteful things you've directed at me in your recent posts. I was brought up to respect my elders but you are making that very difficult. I would have expected better from a 61 year old quite frankly.

If it were such a weak article I'd have thought you would be able to rebut some of the points made within rather than just hurling insults.

I wasn't defending anything. I offered the article up to outline what has happened for the benefit of anyone who wanted to know.

Nice rhetoric but that's all it is, you haven't actually highlighted any flaws with the actual article

The government didn't force a black out. The court ordered that the publication of any report of the proceedings, or any part of the proceedings, be postponed while the case was being dealt with as is its prerogative where it considers that it appears to be necessary for avoiding a substantial risk of prejudice to the administration of justice as per section 4 subsection 2 of the Contempt of Court Act 1981

You can read it for yourself here.
    https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1981/49/section/4

If you say so. I'm impressed you must have polled a lot of people to say that with such confidence, did everybody decide you could speak for them or are you talking that upon yourself with no mandate to do so.....

You just said nobody was buying 'the narrative', but now you are implying there are some people that do on account of the fact they trust their government might and/or the corporate media. Hmm......

You are the most loathsome person I have ever encountered on a forum, ever.

You are a dense, smug prick who just wanders around aimlessly saying ridiculously stupid shit and is unlikeable at a level that is contemptible (even for the internet). You want to argue about everything, hijack threads unnecessarily and make the dumbest statements followed by paragraphs of dribble that have nothing to do with anything except whatever you think needs to be said.
