A delicious duet of milk chocolate and hazelnut in perfect harmony, with neither flavor standing out, but melding indistinctly in a lightly sweetened cream base.

• Sweet Cream (CAP) - 'shake n vape' cream
• Caramel (FA) - complex sweetener
• Cotton Candy (10% EM/Ethyl Maltol) (TPA) - more sweetness

Any suggestions on sub for sweet cream. ? I Have fa fresh cream. Tfa vbic, milk (dairy) , vanilla swirl.

I'd try it with the Dairy Milk first, but that's just me...

Fresh Cream (FA) is perfect ... try it at 2% since it is more concentrated (3% max).

Also, add a bit more EM (Cotton Candy) since Fresh Cream is not sweet. 2.50% Cotton Candy (10% EM/Ethyl Maltol) (TPA)

This version fine-tunes the milk chocolate component. Also, Nut Mix (FA) can be used to sub Hazelnut (FA); it has all the Hazelnut flavors and some Walnut (FA).
