Why in the good?
The story is bullshit and the headline is meant to scare.
It doesn't scare us because from a HUMAN perspective tobacco harm reduction seems to be working for our youth.
If they aren't smoking cigarettes because vaping was there for them then I can't see how that could be a bad thing. - 5150
