Cinnamon Danish swirl

I've looked everywhere for a recipe for this I have cinnamon Danish swirl Capella but haven't ever done a recipe with only one flavour so not sure of percentages for single Capella flavours, this is for a friends daughter and I'd like to try to avoid fruit but was thinking of adding FA butterscotch or caramel and/or a cream or vanilla any ideas welcome

CAP Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 8%
CAP Cinnamon Danish 4%

Moon Sugar (my version)

CAP Sugar Cookie 6%
FW Butterscotch 4%
TFA Caramel Original 3%
TFA Graham Cracker Clear 2%
FW Cinnamon Roll 2%
CAP Cinnamon Danish 2%

Some of the other Moon Sugar Clones around are using more of the CAP Cinnamon Danish than me.
But without using any FW Cinnamon Roll.

Caps Sugar Cookie - 3%

I don't have caps sugar cookie but do have FA cookie would this work or should I add another sweet flavour as well?

I add EM to mine, to add a touch more sweetness (.5%)

I'd try the cookie, you can always add another flavor to sweeten. Got any marshmallow? Caramel?
