Provided you stay within the technical limits of your battery and mod... and buildable space... Skies the Limit on builds where and how.
It really all just depends on what works for you. For me.... coil placed directly under the drip tip hole often gives best flavor. Or in the case of my Chalice partly because I modified the atty.
