Cleaning coils ?

Good day, we are new to vaping and need some advice on how to clean coils. We have purchased the Joyetech eGO AIO and were advised to place the coil in hot water, soak and then to allow to dry over 2/3 days.
It sort of works but the coils seem to restrict fairly quickly needing to be replaced after approx two washes.

What is considered to be the best method of cleaning these coils ?

Thanking you in advance.

Some soak factory coils in Vodka or PGA and then air dry for a day or two.

But factory coils are designed to be throw away and there is no way to keep them going very long.
The cotton degrades and all the buildup on the coil cannot be removed, etc.

Welcome to VU. Those coils are designed to be disposable. That's how Joyetech, etc makes their money.
