Clearomizer Stuck ...

I recently changed my ce5 on my shish hookah into a cep clearomizer since it was having a burnt taste and now my battery is running out of battery so when i tried uncrewing the ce4 iT WONT COME OFF?!!! If you twist it to the left or right it won't tighten nor loosen. HELP??? it just keep spinning when u unloosen or tighten.

Without seeing, it's hard to recommend a solution. Best bet is to take it to a B&M vape shop and let them repair or replace or advise. Might be simple.
