Clouds vs Flavor

I am curious as to what builds are better for flavor, and which are better for clouds. I'm talking basic SS316L round wire. I have 20g to 32g. And ID doesn't matter as long as it's no less than 1 and no more than 3. Thanks for the help!

Flavor is more about matching your air flow to whatever coil you have, and keeping your coil directly in the path of the air with as little air missing the coil as possible

The only time there are more clouds but muted flavor is with too much air for a coil

You can really get great flavor from a variety of builds, it's matching the build to your particular atomizer's airflow and your own preference that matter most

I have a mutation x v2 and a kennedy 24mm. I'm mainly looking for cloud build. But nothing real fancy xD as I'm a noob at complex builds

Is it a 2 post Kennedy? You'd get a good vape just taking two strands of 26 gauge kanthal (or 28 guage SS or nichrome) and wrap the two strands parallel, and making the coil a little wider than the width of the air inlets, 6 or 7 wraps, whatever fits -

Use steam engine.org to check the resistance of your build if you're using mechs though

Here's a SS coil option, one strand 26 awg:
http://www.steam-engine.org/coil.html?mat=ss316l&s=dp&r=0.25&awg=26&id=3

Or a parallel build with 28 gauge

http://www.steam-engine.org/coil.html?mat=ss316l&p=roundmulti&s=dp&r=0.18&str=2&awg=28&id=3.5

Just keep the coils right over the air inlets

Just a suggestion, better ones out there I'm sure - you did say nothing real fancy :D

It's a 3 post Kennedy. And because of the Battle Caps edition top cap I have it only has dual bottom airflow. No regular air flow lol as it is a comp top cap
