Coil speed

I have an assumption.

Please tell me if my assumption is correct or not.

Everyone wants a coil to heat up as quickly as possible and cool down as quickly as possible.

If my assumption is correct:

What style of coil would do that for me with my Eleaf Lemo and a Provari P3 using cotton?

If my assumption is incorrect:

What factors make a good coil with the above device combination?

Yes. What was the question?

I don't know your devices. But, I'd put contact surface area (with the juicy wick), and air path placement ahead of speed.

As dred said I am not familiar with your devices either or what your vaping style is like. That said, for me, I usually like to take long slow hits. When I build coils that are too small I invariably get a burned taste toward the end of my long draw. When I build coils that are too robust I kill my batteries quickly and the early part of the draw is empty. I have gotten around this by using an uneven build. I posted a tutorial on it here:

give it a look. It might be helpful to you.
