I would never harm anyone with crap like that. However, I think it's fuckin halarious and spewed coffee on my shiney clean tile floor. I let my beard drip dry as I was too damn lazy to rinse it out.

Then I would have thought it was funny. I thought it sounded strange but I've been wrapped so tight because of the way people acted on the other threads. When I need a good laugh I just look at my ex wife's new marriage certificate. 
If it makes ya feel any better, I'm the type of guy that sticks to what I already know so I don't typically find new places to shop but after seeing how much it means to you to deal with a complaint I have been pursuing breazy.com & think I'll be making my next order from you guys. Lose a shit customer, gain a loyal one? Cheers!
PS- much of my job is customer relations which is why I like to support companies that take their customers seriously.

We really have good prices and most orders have no issues. If we ship hundreds or thousands a day 5 complaints in 8 months prob isn't that bad. But we'd like to see 100% Thanks for your support. Just one thing. We have partners that sell through us. So if you order something and it says sold and shipped by Breazy that means we actually have it in our warehouse and it ships faster.

In Texas if you don't have a bbq pit in your yard folks look at you reaeel funny I have a Brinkman smoke plus smoker. It's been with me 30 odd years. I remember buying brisket for .59 a pound.

I have 4 BBQ's and only one is a gas grill. Remember though I am on Long Island and people think a Gas Grill is actually BBQ'ing. I call it grilling with gas but tonight it is on a Charcoal fire~! True BBQ and really true is with Real Wood Charcoal not the briquettes I lit tonight.
I had a brick BBQ. But it was a real bitch to get it in the pickup. 
just kidding, my most used pit is made by old smokey. A company right here in Houston. I have Weber but they keep rusting out in our environment. Have a plate steel grill I inherited from a dear friend. Use mesquite.

Grilling is damn near a religion here.
I have cooked on a charcoal fire for Christmas and New Years for years. Maybe not a religion but it is in my blood. I BBQ on a fire 365 days a year rain or shine snow storms or below zero weather.
Have seen grills that cost thousands. And the owner could fuck up a hot dog
We were so poor could not afford electricity. We had no choice but to grill. Those memories never leave you.
Drove a truck. Bbq every night. Lit the grill under the trailer. Snow, rain, don't matter.
Papa John's Pizza gave me a free loyalty pizza. Plus tax and delivery charge and driver tip. I feel so special 
I want to build a smokehouse!
