I know we have all had bad service and are quick to share it with anyone who will listen.

So my story...
I had ordered three items from an online vape store, one of these being a Plume Veil v1.5 rda.
After a couple of days my package shows up... Hooray Vapemail!!!
Well, party is over the Plume Veil had both positive screws stripped out. All three of the items
were clones and I've had a good run even with clones, so I would write it off as a victim of the
Clone Wars.
I didn't think it was worth my time and effort to return it, so I went to their site and wrote a review
for the other two items and sent them a message they might check their stock of plume veils.
...End of story

My wife just walked in and handed me a package, and it's a brand new Plume Veil v1.5 rda
from the people at Vaping Walrus.
I just wanted to share this great customer service story, and this all happened faster than
I have received some original orders.
