Dark Horse question

For the life of me I can't change out the delrin 510 insulator on my Dark Horse to install the wide bore drip tip that came with it..I've pushed in from the top, pushed in from the bottom and can't get it to budge..any. suggestions?

Its threaded. You have to screw it out.

first you unscrew the top portion of the top cap.
then you can more easily remove the derlin insulation
then you can insert the chuff cap from bottom up press fit and reattach to middle section.
