Just got a great deal on 3000 ml or 3 L of VG so I thought I would try a recipe.
I made HIC Banana Pudding as it calls for high VG. I used 5 % distilled water and about 9% PG from the flavourings and 2 MG nicotine that is 50/50. The rest was VG.
Finished product is great, a lot smoother still have a little throat hit. A little more complicated than using PG but I think I ain't going back to PG unless it's in my concentrates.
