The toy chainsaw "can play any Doom game," creator George Merlocco said. The demo video, however, displays Doom 2, since that's the game in which the chainsaw is immediately accessible.
Merlocco named his creation the Painsaw, and it's compatible with a controller or keyboard. The chainsaw itself is a "modded Echo Junior Chainsaw toy" powered by a Raspbery Pi Zero.
"This Painsaw is a tribute to everything doom," Merlocco wrote on YouTube. The video it's featured in even includes the timestamp of the first Doom's release date.
