If you are referring to 12 mg. It may be too much for you.

I agree with Jimi. Feel a tad dazed, too?
Time to nic down. Get yourself a bottle of 9mg.
Let us know if that helps.

If you have ANY physical issues see your doctor immediately. The increased nic may interact with your condition or meds.

Thank you, maybe it's time to just quit. I will give it a one month rest, if my shacking dose not stop then it maybe too late.

    ^what they said.
Give your body some time to pass the nicotine from your system.
...And if you're still not ready to quit just go down a notch 6 or 9mg.
If you're going through a lot of liquid - go down even more - 3mg perhaps.

If your having full body tremors get to the Doctor too muc nic doesn't cause that, and I highly doubt the ecig is the suspect here.

Do you have anxiety issues of any sort? Have you smacked your head on something lately? Start a new med? These are things you should be asking yourself right now.

    *I am not a doctor* <-- disclaimer?

There's your problem. Everything I've read says that you shouldn't vape at sub ohm resistance levels (below 1.0-ohm coils) using anything higher than 6mg/ml juice. Personally, when I went from mouth-to-lung (above 1.0-ohm coils) to sub ohm vaping, I dropped from 18mg to 6mg juice and didn't feel a single effect of the decrease in dosage because the amount of vapor created by sub ohm tanks like your Rebel 3 (which uses 0.5-ohm coils according to Vaporfi's website) is so much greater than what is produced by MTL tanks that you have to compensate by dropping the nicotine content dramatically.

For example, think of 6mg juice in a MTL tank as a light or ultra light cigarette, but in a sub ohm tank it becomes a Marlboro red. By using 12mg juice, you're essentially puffing on two reds at once every time you vape. If I were you, I would drop to 6mgs and see if the tremors subside. You'll also get a much better flavor from your juice because you can up the wattage without getting any harshness in your throat from the excessive nicotine.

I'm no doctor, so this is all just a guess based on my experience. It could be meds (if you're on any) or just a hereditary trait. The men on my dad's side of the family, myself included, all develop tremors in their hands as they age. At 39, mine are just beginning, but my 76-year-old uncle spills half a spoonful of sugar on the table when he's sweetening his coffee or tea. My father also shakes visibly when doing tasks that require fine motor skills with his hands.

These are just guesses, of course, but try lowering your nicotine to 6mgs and see if that helps. Good luck!

With this kit, coming with a sub-ohm tank, 12mg nicotine might be too much. I'd rather use 3-6mg nicotine strength instead.
Dizziness, head ache, and/or nausea, are usually early signs for too much nicotine consumption.

HEY!!! That's what I said, only more concise and with less unnecessary filler B.S. What field are you in, marketing or journalism? Stupid space-sensitive editors! They have no respect for the long-winded verbosity of true literature. Sometimes it takes 27 pages to describe a tree, okay? It's a really amazing tree. Of course, that could just be the acid talking. :giggle:

Well, your type can be quite verbose, as well as us English majors. I also have a master's in Mass Communications so I was constantly fighting my bachelor's training in English while working on marketing or journalism projects/jobs where page space is at a premium. I've done a little technical editing of computer-related material, though, and MIS/computer engineers can drag on worse than Thomas Pynchon or Leo Tolstoy. The only difference is that nobody understands what the hell they're talking about. o_O

Kidding, kidding. I'm a bit of a techie myself. My first computer was a Commodore 64, which should tell you something. I just wish I'd stuck with programming because I'd be making a lot more money now than I am writing and editing!

:inlove:Ain't she a beaut, Clark? I need to go to my parent's house sometime and see if it's still buried in their garage. If I could hook that thing up and get it to work, well, I'm honestly not sure what I would do with it, but it would be a serious nostalgic trip down memory lane at the very least.

There's no set nicotine rule though I vape 9mg in the Baby Beast with the .4 ohm dual coil all the time with no ill effects when I first started I was sub-ohming 12mg again with no issues. Even so the typical nic sic feeling is nothing that could be described as full body tremors.

I'm sure it varies from person to person, depending on body chemistry and size as well as previous smoking habits. A two-pack-a-day Marlboro Red smoker could probably go to 9-12mgs/ml juice in a sub-ohm tank with no ill effects whatsoever. Someone who only smoked 1/2-3/4 a pack per day of Parliament lights (like myself) or other light/ultra light 'grits could experience some unpleasant side effects from the same nicotine intake level.

I started at 18mg on an e-cig style vape pen. Switched to a tank, dropped to 12. Switched to an RDA dropped to 6. After a couple months, 6 was to much, I dropped to 3. A couple more months, i alternated between 3 for vaping and 0 for chain vaping (like while watching tv). Now, I still buy 3mg as a treat, but mix my own at 2mg or less. To be honest, I have some at 0mg and can't remember which is which.. so I could be vaping at 0mg all day and not really notice much.

I'm experimenting with flavors, so mix some batches together, add flavor, add sweetener, mix with a yucky batch, vape on that. I found Irish Creme flavor rather nasty, but mixed with sweet cream and stevia (pg solution), it isn't to horrible. Same with almond joy. Didnt like the dark chocolate, so added sweet cream and stevia.. and voila.. milk chocolate and almond!
Gonna work on the licorice flavor next. First batch was wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to strong. Didn't like the after taste, soooo its vg and stevia to the rescue. Gonna end up with licorice jelly bean flavor eventually. :) (you know, the black ones you stand there casually trying to pick out of the bulk jelly bean bin with nobody noticing? yeah.. those ones.)

To be quite honest, straight vg/pg and some nicotine isn't to ghastly. No where near as vulgar as the taste of a cigarette. Kind of like.. tofu. So to vape on the cheap.. PG and VG from the pharmacy (500ml each) costs me $20 for both ($8 and $12) plus my nicotine base. (50mg/ml) and at 2mg.. that is a LOT of bottles of juice. (2ml nic per 50ml (pg/vg) for 2mg juice.) Or something like that. LOL.. I'll recalculate when i mix up more.

As for the tremors.. i get a little shaky if i practice clouds on my regular juice for 20 mins. But I am using an RDA and that is only at 3mg!
