Real easy fix.
Split the case by removing inner screws in battery compartment. Put some quick set epoxy around the portion of the case that forms around the 510. Now solid as a rock.
I hate rattles and wobbles.

I have just received one and I rather like the little beast.

Adjusting to the slightly funky feel to the silicon casing covering and the weight but so far I rather like it:D

It's a simple fix, makes a good product great. Also as a result of the weight my right arm is very manly looking.

But sad to say some people are going to think that another activity could have caused the build up of muscles in your right arm:eek:
