I would like to let this community know about the last 3 times I have purchased from eightvape.com. I have never experienced the problems I have had to deal with when ordering from this company. My first 2 orders were fine, but on each of my last 3 orders, after 3 working days after placing my order I have had to contact them several times because my orders had not been shipped. What really bothers me is on each of those occasions they had an excuse that they were in the process of changing something. Same excuses each time. I order from them because they have good prices and I spend quite a bit. They will eventually ship but be prepared to wait 5 days to have your order shipped. I contact there customer service and go round and round telling them I need my order yet, instead of making me happy and saying we will get it out right away, I get excuse after excuse until this time I told them cancel and refund my money. I ordered several coils because I need them and now after all this time I have to order from someone else and it will be another 2 days and 3 days off shipping time. When I ordered I had 1 more good coil. This pisses me if when a company just doesn't care.
