The only one I've used is the Merlin. I have used RDAs for a couple years, but just bottom feed attys, not tanks. The merlin is ok. Not as good as my BF attys on my Reo though.

I did get a troll V2 22mm but as I'm not an RDA guy and prefer single coil option, I gave that to a friend but it did have a great build quality and machining was also great.
