Many vendors simply post a list of the winners on a public forum, like this one, or Facebook, and require the winners to contact them to claim the prize... Problem solved.

Dam what's up with the 5 cent per mil tax? Added 10 30 ml bottles and it's a extra 15$ in nic taxes. Didn't know they charged a nic tax in nc.
