Evolve dna75 issue with firing to max 75 watts

Hi all, having a weird issue and seeing if anyone else has experienced or heard of this issue. On both dna75 mods, smy and Therion, my mod fires past the set wattage to 75 watts.
Doesn't matter what rta I use. On similarities are 316l, dna75 and wattage mode.
Vaping at 59w and all is good. I let mods sit 1hour+ and come back to vape, fire once (OK), fire second time, fires past set wattage to max 75watts.
To fix the issue I do the following: Unscrew and fire, device states check atomizer, scrww the rta back on, device asks if new coil, I choose yes, good to go until I stop vaping for extended period. Rinse and repeat to fix issue.

first thing I would do is double check that tc is set to off. If that doesn't solve it, I would check and see if there is an update available in escribe.

I'm not trying to be rude, but when you press the button in the bottom left do you see a temp set or do you see dashes
I ask because just because it says kanthal or power mode, doesn't mean that tc is off.
The dash designation or the position past 600f does. I've seen people make that mistake, so I apologize if I'm being redundant.

This is what I see. it's at 59watts, when I use it an hour or so later, it fires to 75watts continuously until I do the annoying fix of telling the device the coil is new.
Thanks for the help. This is more than from evolve and the vendors.

It's set to 490 degrees. It's heating your coil to get to temp.
Click the fire button 5 times to lock the mod
Then hold the up down buttons at the same time to go into temp setting. Click the plus button until it goes to off. (Placement after 600degrees.)
Then click the fire button 5 times to unlock it.

Thanks for the help again. Turning OFF the temp setting stopped both, smy and Therion, mods from acting wonky and firing to max wattage causing burnt hits.
The way that LV setup the Kanthal Profile on the Therion is weird. Your best bet would be to load up escribe in the future(I know you have it resolved for now) and swap out the Kanthal profile for the Stock Watts profile. For some reason they decided to set the KA profile to be Temperature Sensing with a pre-heat.
