What does everyone vape when they are trying to wind down. I am having major problems getting to sleep on 11mg nicotine. Thinking about vaping 0 mg at bedtime. All recipes appreciated.

I vape ejuice with melatonin. It tastes really good and helps me sleep. Gotta watch for the dreams though.

Keep on vaping!

Wait seriously? you vape melatonin? how safe is that?
I think I might extract some from the melatonin extract and give it a nasty twist with the valerian root extract I have.

One of the local shops I go to has, or had, one with melatonin. They now have a new line made with hemp oil? No thanks.

Does this keep over time? Just curious, picked up a chamomile 'bed time tea' earlier today to try this exact thing. 0nic before bed has worked much better but I still have trouble getting to sleep.

as with any home extract, pay attention to changes in the liquids..
if it looks like something beyond normal is in there, dump it.

i do this with a few teas and other roots etc..
I personally havent had any issues..
the longest extract I have now is 3 months old, still doing just fine.

the secrete is filtering.. ;)

Bedtime recipes ? Have no patience for that , i can barely come up with something thats vapable for day to day use lol. Whatever happens to be in my toppers at the time i vape , no issues , pretty satisfied but could use improvement , actually just squeaking by , but i am in motion , i think can't say with absolute certainty though.

aww @VH fan you still having troubles??

try using only 2 flavors, make sure they complement themselves..

like, if you have fruit..

Peach
Raspberry

pick a dominant one, make it at 7%, and the second one at 3.5% and see if it works better..

then you can add on to it.. ;)
