We all know that the deeming regs were written to purposely confuse vendors.
It contradicts itself on nearly every policy that is proposed.

The FDA "Deeming Regulations" were purposely written so NO VAPING DEVICE can EVER make it through.

I haven't found a lawyer that can decode the deeming regs.

That would be a great way to go about it in court if you are a vaping company's lawyer.

"Your Honor, Could you please read this 500 page document and tell the court what it means because none of our lawyers nor the FDA seem to know"
