That would make entirely too much sense -- californians can't be having that! They'd rather keep their rep as the land of fruits and nuts by persecuting the only thing to ever be invented that can actually help people quit smoking and stay that way. Because hey, if people actually quit smoking, who will they persecute and guilt-trip? And where will they get the money to fling willy-nilly at all the idiocy they dream up?
