Fruit pies

I'm getting ready to place a large DIY order, and I'm wanting to try my hand at some pie recipes I have kicking around in my head. Just wondering what the concensus is on crust to fruit ratios. BTW I'm ordering all FA flavors. Thanks guys!

most of mine are 10% fruit, 8% pie crust and 1-2 drops of TFA Joy. TFA Joy is strong, but it gives a "doughie" sense. Some fruits are demure and some are kinda bold flavored.

3% pie crust always worked for me i feel like with my taste anything over 3% is to high

Thanks guys, this is good stuff! Looks like I might go the simple route first, but I'll be adding spice for sure.
