fuchai voltage jumping

Bought a Fuchai for my daughter and put brand new batteries in it.
Noticed the charge on both batteries were jumping up and down continuously.
Mine never does that. It's a older model. Anyone else notice this on their Fuchai?

When firing I get it , but at rest?? Just weird mine never does that.
As long as it's safe and not causing a problem to the batts.
