This is very odd.
So, it just tastes like warm air?
I've had juice like that but it usually has flavor at first then it fades away as I get used to it.

Yes, with 13.5% flavoring in your mix you should be tasting something.
Even the ice cream one is over 10% flavoring.
Are you used to store bought eliquid?
I'm sure there are plenty of store bought eliquids with 20% flavoring but you should be tasting something even if you are used to store bought stuff.
