Yep, I use Clones to evaluate whether to get the Authentic.

I have been thinking of getting the Copper Vape for a single Squonker.

Did u get a mech pro yet? This mod is solid as fuck and very well built and dirt cheap.

Thought about it, but I already have some very good parallels and didn't like the way it breaks down to clean/maintain so I passed.

Fair enough. I'd say it's worth it next time you order a mod though. At the price point it's much better then any clone

Hey... sometimes you rolls the dice and crap out. Sometime you win. Sometimes you takes what you gots and make it woik...

I mean it's not a loss for 18$ imo. Even if you just buy it as a base and switch out ALL the components your still making out great comparably speaking.

Nah, ease of breaking down is a big factor for me and this just doesn't have it.

That Raptor G2 is sexy...
All I did was put her in the Ultrasonic and wiped down with a Sunshine Cloth, wait till I get her on the buffer. Might be a bit though cause she Vapes so well I can't put her down, I mean DAMN!

LMAO didn't even bother to test it. I guess i could and just let you know. it takes all of 5 seconds

Please as I don't have a volt reader that does both bits :) just good to know what I need to calculate for my builds just assuming 4.2V at the moment

well voltage drop doesn't include votlage sag. Also don't you have the 521 tab? it measured voltage drop if you have the full size one (not the mini)

One of my magnets (the one to left of the batteries) came unstuck today can't have opened the panel more than 10 times FFS what's best thing to use to stick it back in?

Looking at the glue they used underneath doesn't look very strong to me!

Just put some cyanoacrylate on it seems to be holding (loctite general purpose superglue) I'll let you know if it comes off again:)

1) scrapped off the old crap
2) roughed up the surfaces on back of magnet and plastic
3) then wiped surfaces with vodka applied on an ear bud
4) applied the superglue after it evaporated and let it set for an hour

@SirRichardRear does you fire button ever get warm when you engage it? Mine gets pretty warm?

Checked my batteries they are nice and cool and pressed the button down with cover off can't see any arcing in there

Still firing my atty ok I put that on a regulated mod and no issues at all?

Is this just a quirk or something I should be concerned about?

Mine does the same thing every once in awhile, Not very often but occasionally it does get warm. I think it's just not making a good contact. It is a pretty firm button to push.

I had the same thing happening. Read somewhere if you push hard and keep pushing hard it will stop. It's working for me. Had a similar thing happen with the Geekvape Tsunami tube mod. The button was REAL sticky at first. It took two hands for me to use it, but after pressing it a few hundred times it's fine now. Maybe Geekvape makes their stuff a little too tight in general.

Feel better now it's not just me just a quirk said right from the beginning my button feels like it snags on way down though never gets stuck

If I push towards the left and top of the button it won't push down at all

If I push centre, bottom or right it does

Some beautiful pics guys. Love the looks and beefiness of the mech pro, got one on order super stoked, only my second mech mod ever. Going to be a stay at home mod for chilling and watching movies/videos after work.

It's definitely not a carry around mod in my book. Damn thing is heavy... Lol
Love the mod and it's built solid. Does make a nice home unit.

Yeah agree with that don't own a coppervape Squonker, or tesla nano 120w but I imagine it must be about the same weight as those it's solid!

Oh and @CactusFanaticus if you have same problem with the magnet me and SRR had the fix I posted above worked a treat still holding strong

Just put up my review

Was it difficult to rig it up to measure the voltage drop mate?

Just one thing to note those vent holes are blocked by the battery sled doesn't actually look like there's any sort of gap for venting to me

If it's not air tight (which it isn't) then it'll be able to vent ;)

and no it's actually really easy to test voltage drop lol

Recieved my Mech pro today, black, thing looks awesome. Honestly I love everything about it, no major gripes. If I had to gripe about anything I would agree with what SirRichardRear said in his review, the "reverse polarity protection".

Thing is beefy, fits awesome in my hand and like the stiff fire button.
Threw a sfc coil together real quick and into the medusa (which I love btw) ohm'd @ 2.7, decent vape but when I have the time to throw in another build gonna shoot for around .2 - low .2's for a bit stronger vape.
