Golden Ticket/Chocolate Milk Recipe?

I was about to click the "Add To Cart" button, but I decided to check here first. I have over 150 flavorings - why am I buying juice? So... Does anyone have a recipe for Golden Ticket? Or maybe just a good chocolate milk type recipe?

Hey. Wayne from diyordievaping.com/ says he is close to finishing his recipe for it. He released it for a bit, then pulled it down to refine it more. edit for wrong url
