Does any one know of a site that has free shipping. With nic/vg/pg mix base. and a lot of flavor to choose from

Nic River, Bull City, Wizard Labs..... all good places to order from.

They don't have free shipping, but it's reasonable. Usually 5-10 bucks depending on how large your order is. I can't think of any off hand that offer free shipping, but if a store offers free shipping you're usually absorbing it through higher prices anyway. Shipping has gotten to be more expensive with all the regualtions on shipping 'hazmat' stuff aka flavorings that contain alcohol, high mg nic, etc...

They sell Nic/VG/PG and flavorings from different flavoring companies.

Depends where you want it shipped to.

If you live in North Korea, getting free shipping may be tough
