Apparently, our local Walgreens have started selling vape products - hardware and ejuice. Hella expensive, but it looks like they're trying to get in on the action. Stored behind the counter with the smoking products.

Doesn't surprise me, since their price on cigarettes is very competitive. In fact I bought my first couple disposable e-cigs at Walgreens -- cheaper than patches! :D

If it gets more people vaping and off cigs, more power to them. Then they can find the better vape stores or online resources afterward. :)

One of those Walgreen's disposables I bought was a "Fin" -- and though I didn't really care for the taste (somewhat like eucalyptus, ick), when I had to spend a full day with my mom at the hospital, I would alternate between going down 4 floors to my vehicle to smoke, and simply slipping into the private bathroom to have a few hits on the e-cig -- proof of concept that kept me interested! As the winter got colder, I got MORE interested, till I finally googled "e-cigarettes" (because the Blu's tasted even worse!), found ECF, and finally embarked as a full-on vaper. So the disposables absolutely have their place, whether as a simple proof of concept, or perhaps an emergency stop-gap to keep from smoking, if something goes awry with one's hardware while out and away from one's vaping resources at home.

Oh, but we're not just talking disposables at Walgreens now. Full on mods, too. Even better!

The gas station by my house sells Kanger sub kits, IPV d3's, aspire triton tanks, 18650's and some random juice. Everything is in some third party distributors packaging so who knows if it's authentic.

Walgreens has been selling some vape stuff around here for a couple of years.

Last time I looked they were violating FDA regs because it was in a section labelled Smoking Cessation.

I don’t know if they sell vape stuff at my Walgreens or not...I tend to get in and get out.

That said, I know my Walgreens pharmacist vapes. She showed me her dotmod Petri in red.

    Cheers,
    Ian

Going to have to stop in the local Walgreens I used to buy my smokes at to see if they stock vape gear. Really nice people there because one time a lady saved me a ton of money on some stuff for my lady and she even received free stuff in the mail which caused her to spend another hundred a month on some real cool shampoo that she sampled. Hey just because they aren't a vape shop doesn't mean you can't get an Authentic at a good price.

IMHO it is great that Walgreens is helping vape go mainstream even more than it is.

While I do not have one near me, the next time I am near one, I may poke my head in, see what they have and also find out what if anything the nice lady or lad behind the counter knows about what they are selling?

Yeah @UncleRJ that is a good thought because at the Walgreens I used to go to they actually knew their shit! For example one guy at 6:30AM knew what charging cord was needed for some oddball Samsung phone. I fee like making a Late night run now................. LOL:bliss:

Its about time. I mean its the only thing that really helps us quite. Pretty soon every neighborhood is going to have a vape shop. And I will not be shopping there. When I started vaping this douchbag charged me almost 40 bucks for 60 ml.

Some Vape Shops are very helpful and knowledgeable plus willing to help educate, not all are just in for for the buck.

I don't shop there often, and I can't imagine them having any gear I'd be interested in...but I will definitely check them out next time I'm in the area. If for no other reason than to tell the manager, "Hey! So glad you're selling vape gear. It has helped me, and so many of my friends quit smoking".

Yeah the last time I was in a Walgreens and checked out their vape stuff it was pretty much the same stuff that Wally world carries.
Not really anything an experienced vaper would be interested in.

My Walgreen's is where my vape journey started. Hubby bought 2 kinds. One with the filter kind, and one with a 3ml tank with replacement cartos.
I chose the 3ml after having no success with the cig-a likes. Kept me off of stinkies for a year. The kit is called FIN. www.fincigs.com. I smoked menthol and believe it or not, it took me only minutes to adjust to the nic and flavor. I was at 24mg at the time. The website is down for 'maintenance'.

My Walgreens have been selling Vape gear for a few years now- bought my Mistic Bridge, cartridges, and Haus liquids from them, to see if vaping would work for me- I bought those instead of packs of cigarettes! In 2014 there were not many vaping shops online or B&M- so that was my 1st step! It worked for me- I used those Mistics for many months and have not had a cigarette in almost 3 years- of course I have upped my vape gear since then, but grateful that Walgreens has the choice! Mine carries Halo eliquids too.
Yes, not for the hard core vaping enthusiast , but nice to know that Walgreens gives a choice and does have something vape related! I would rather buy some vape gear from Walgreens than a pack of cigarettes- if somehow I was without my gear, nice to know that Walgreens provides a 95% safer alternative to cigarettes!

That is what I started on but the flavor in mine was a hint of roasted almond I liked the flavor so much I would add a drop to 30 mill to get the same results

Our local Walgreens has been selling vape products for a couple of years and recently broadened the line up of stuff they carry. Kudos to Walgreens for offering a non-pharma alternative to those wanting to quit smoking.

Years ago I bought the Blu at Walgreens. Everybody here knows how that turned out, and I haven't looked there since for vape products. But I notice now that wherever there is a Walgreens, across the street or close by CVS likes to open a store. Of course, a while back CVS came out with their policies relating to smoking or vaping products; they won't sell them. Every time I drive by a CVS now I inwardly hope that their business sucks and the Walgreens wins out.

I bought one of the Haus subohm kits. It's supposed to be 30 watts, but comes with a .2 ohm coil. Not terribly effective, but better than a Blu.

The Walgreen's in West Bend WI has E-liquid in glass bottles and ecig vaping stuff. I never paid too much attention because of the price. However, if I needed something I could go to the vape store (1 mile from my house). I still need to venture there but I'm use to buying online.

I think my point is that I was walking into Walgreens to get a pack of cigarettes- but instead saw and bought the Mistic Bridge Kits instead - I would have never walked into a Vape Shop to buy a pack of cigarettes, so I may never had tried vaping if I wasn't met with a choice like Walgreens this was 2014 and ecigs were new here! The salesperson said many people were trying and having success with vaping cigalikes- so I bought ecigs to give them a try- they worked for me!
I went to a B&M much later after using those cigalikes for months, just to try different eliquids, ended up with the Kanger Evod 2 kit, 1st and last time in a B&M- I buy everything online!
Then I started watching You Tube videos on better gear, joined forums and "Voila" still No cigarettes for me after 2+ years of vaping.
I read on the Forums all the time- oh my tank broke, or my mod broke or ran out of ejuice- so I HAD to buy a pack of cigarettes, Not me- I would buy a cigalike or liquid from Walgreens before I ever bought a pack of smokes!
