Mod is Aster RT with Melo 22
some people say that it can explode and i should keep it in safe range ....do i really need to worry about it if the coil is 40-100W its supposed to be also safe in that range or i am mistaken ?

If the mod fires you are in its safe range......

A coil marked 40 to 100 watts will work best in stated range but still be safe at any wattage your mod can fire.

I like to start new coil at low watts and increase till satisfied.

They're full of shit and haven't a clue on what they're talking about. It's a regulated mod with electronics with built in safety features. Could it ever explode? Yes and a giant meteor could crash and turn you into a mutant also.

The Aster is basically set up out of the box and fires at 100W in TC so you just need to set the Temperature you like. I vape it at 360-380°F myself.

Here is the wattage adjustment procedure copied out of the manual

Adjust wattage: In TC-Ni/TC-Ti/TC-SS/TCR(M1,M2,M3) mode, the output wattage
can be adjusted from 1W to 100W. Press the fire button 4 times in quick
succession to enter the wattage setting menu and press up or down button to
increase or decrease the wattage level. Keep pressing up or down button without
looseness to rapidly increase or decrease the wattage level.
Adjust temperature: In TC-Ni/TC-Ti/TC-SS/TCR(M1,M2,M3) mode, temperature
can be adjusted from 100-315 or 200-600 by pressing up or down button, up
button to increase and down button to decrease. Each press of the up or down
button will increase or decrease the temperature setting by 5 or 10. Keep
pressing up or down button without looseness can rapidly increase or decrease
temperature setting.
Shift between and : If you increase the temperature to 315 , and continue
to press the up button, the temperature reading will automatically change to the
lowest Fahrenheit (200). Equally, if the temperature is set at the lowest
Fahrenheit (200) and you continue to press the down button, the temperature
reading will automatically change to the highest Celsius (315 ).

Interesting looking mod..Yeah I'd be more worried about staying in the wattage range of your coils. Not only is your mod regulated and only goes up to a hundred watts but it does so very safely being a starter kit with an internal battery..They wouldn't have made it a 100w if the battery couldn't handle it. You're good to go imo.

It is impossible to fire an Aster RT22 above 100W which is Maximum for the coils.
