And here on Long Island I am out in the sunshine spraying the weeds because I started early on the lawns this year. All winter I was wishing for snow because the white stuff that falls turns to green in my pockets but did not even use my plow this year.

I don't remember the last time our drivway needed as much plowing as this year. We got tons of snow and cold weather. Snows still on the ground. Infact we got another foot of it four or five days ago. It's 38° right now and will be in the 50s soon so it'll be melting. I live in MN btw.

the drive turned out to not be to bad. the middle of the trip was getting a little hairy = slushy ruts. but luckily it all melted off for the drive home.
