I assume you're talking about a clone right? I would just get another hades mod if that is the case. I've been asked this question before and have never been able to find a button anywhere on the web...I have however, found clones for as low as 20-30 dollars and since the average price of a replacement switches I have purchased for my Stingray and Nemesis clones have been 10-15 bucks you might as well just drop the few extra duckets and have all the spare parts from the one you're trying to replace.
I don't own a hades personally but I have read in other threads in this forum that people have removed their springs from theirs as well and had better performance with it as long as you're mindful of the fact you no longer have a spring in it for resistance against the switch.
