I get it. Kids shouldn't be vaping.
A statewide ban to minors then ENFORCING the law (not just making the law) should handle the problem.
Now that that's out of the way to my point.
"From our data, 25 percent of the ... kids who are using e-cigarettes have never used tobacco products," Ehlinger said. "So it's not like they're giving up cigarettes."
(then they throw in a thousand 250ml bottles of eliquid to throw people off)
"The latest Minnesota youth tobacco survey, published last month, found almost 13 percent of Minnesota high school students had recently used an electronic cigarette."
25% of "almost" 13% is only about 3% overall (3X4=12 'almost 13' right?)
It doesn't sound as bad when you say 3% does it? - 5150
BTW: High School consists of 18 and 19 year old ADULTS doesn't it?
