I had the same b&m experience myself when I started nearly two years ago, don't guess I looked "cool enough" for the b&m vape crowd, but there are plenty of us here of all ages and interests so don't worry. There are folks here of all experience levels who will be happy to guide you. Don't be afraid to ask questions, and have fun!

I ask because you said you wanted to "do a lot of research before you take the plunge" .. . This is important to know before I say something that may be of assistance or relevant to your quest for knowledge.
It is interesting that you say this.. Lol I was thinking What kind of business.. Judges a customer by their appearance? THEY won't be in business for long..
