Hi help me to rebuild a coilhead for aspire vivi nova bdc

Put the bottom on the base and a pair of needle nose plyers and put one in top hole and one on out side and pull top off. Wind a coil and put bottom lead strait down. Start cotton and lay top lead down over it and keep wrapping cotton to bury top lead in the cotton so it does not touch the coil. I leave the screw driver through the coil to do this. Then the lead you wrapped in cotton bend it over on bottom. then positive lead goes out the center of the rubber grommet. Insert pin and clip wires. Then place on top cap so holes in cap go over the slots where you put the cotton. I use organtic cotton pads for these and just tear of a layer as you want it pretty thin. Make sure you keep centre hole clear for airflow. Hope this helps. CHEERS!
