Hi, I've been kinda looking into this while DIY stuff. Recently quit smoking and have been vaping for about 2 months and love it. Have a rx200 and a crown tank and a mason RDA. Buying premium Juice is getting expensive. I'm really interested in making my own juice but I don't really know where to start or what to do. Is it really cost effective? And is making your own juice really sufficient as in quality? I'd love to hear any suggestions, THANKS!!

In addition, take a look at the thread "mixing by weight". You'll need less supplies to use this kind of mixing.

Just do it, you won't regret it! I made 710ml of juice the other day, it took about an hour.

My juice is of much higher quality than store-bought, frankly. I know I am not the only mixer who can confidently say so. A whole ton cheaper, too.

I'm sure there are people on here to give much better advice on how to make, I probably have some practices that would make people cringe. However I will chime in on the cost effectiveness of it all, I did the math for myself a while back and, provided I did the math right, figured that it takes me right around 80 cents per 30 ml bottle of juice when I DIY. Mind you this is with getting a couple things on sale, so the real numbers would probably be around a $1 give or take a quarter, but does make you wonder how people can charge so much sometimes for juice.

I'm very new to DIY but I'm loving it and I'm sure others have better advice. I started by reading the threads here to see what others have to say or do. All of them!!!
http://e-liquid-recipes.com/ I'd start here and find some recipes you think you'll like and get "eJuice me up" calculator.
https://www.nicotineriver.com This is were I get Nic and some syringes
http://www.bullcityvapor.com everything else from here.
Find some recipes you like and buy the flavors you need to make them, above all else have fun.

Thanks i think its gonna be interesting, somebody gave me a list of vendors as well, so i think for 500 ml each vg/pg plus 120 ml nic im looking about $25 plus shipping plus like 10 flavorings and syringes like another 15-20 so lets say $50 altogether, that will make 1 litter so about $5 per 100 ml not bad at all, that is if i like what i made lol
What i don't know is if i messed up a juice can be fixed?

I've never had a juice I've made be unvapable. It's always a smart move to mix a small quantity of something you've never tried before just in case though.

Essentials Depot has about the best deal going for VG/PG. I got my Nicotine from Nicotine River. As for flavors, I have some from all the major players, you'll just need to order what is recommended for a particular recipe. I will tell you this much, most of my flavors are FA with the exception of Vanilla Custard, and Cheesecake. I prefer Caps for those and have a few recipes that are majority CAPS flavors Trust me, you will end up with at least a few flavors from all the manufacturers.
