I'm running a Kanger TopTank Mini on an IPV D2...

When i bought it... i had the man behind the counter setup the coil and wick for the RBA that came with the KangerTech TopTank Mini..... i eventually swapped out to the small 0.14ohm resistance SSOCC and then the slightly larger SSOCC (With the red o-rings) since i tried to coil it myself and my mod displayed the error "LOW RES"

I always get problems with leaking...
It leaks out the top cap and around the airflow holes (Not exactly the holes but the thin slit above the airflow adjustment ring)
And it only leaks when i fire it up for a few hits

and i'm also finding it very hard to clean out my tank...
I dissassemble everything...
and i scrub it with my fingers under the tap
and towel dry it...
Somehow it still smells of the liquid i placed in it...

Is there a good way to clean the whole tank?? (including the RBA coil)
and is the leakage a problem of the tank itself?? or is it user error??
I'm also a beginner at wicking and coiling
Please help and be gentle since i'm new to vaping..

In the image below.. i've highlighted the thin slits where leaking occurs after a few hits..

Make sure all the o-rings are in place or you could even try swapping out the stock for the spares. A bad coil could also be causing the leaks from the airflow. Unfortunately, Kanger coils are hit or miss and you are better off using the RBA. Here is the video I learned from...

if using the RBA deck and it's leaking, it's likely not enough cotton when you wick it.
if the stock coils are leaking you need more wattage

Thanks guys... i brought it to the vape store and it turned out that the leaks are attributed to the stock seals that are well known to be leaky by most vapers that used the TopTank Mini..

They swapped the seals with aftermarket seals and it doesnt leak anymore....

They recoiled my RBA and it works great now....

I've done some cleaning with the Everclear...

Now i know how to clean it... and i solved the leaking isssue's..
I guess it's time to learn how to coil the RBA myself..
i bought a Mutation XS dripper since it looks like an easier platform to start coiling and wicking on..
I will move on to coiling the RBA myself after some practice on my XS

Building coils for that little guys is easier than you would think. I prefer Stainless Steel wire, however I've built it out a few times with Kanthal wire. I've also got a clapton coil in my RBA and the flavor went through the roof on that little tank.
