Help with batteries

I use 18550 batteries for my mods. What is the highest safest mah to use. I hear some people say they are using 3300 mah. I use 2900 mah.

AW makes two versions of IMR batteries.
One has a mAh rating of 2900 {Protected } and the other 18650 is 1600mAh for an IMR.

Thanks Cigarbabe, I use the Orbtronic 2900 mah 18650. Phil Busardo suggested I use them and they work great.
