To get big clouds nd taste not expensive and yes mod + tank + battery nd charger

Evic Vtc mini kit or maybe an Istick 30w with a Nautilus Mini tank or if you want to sub ohm, the Kanger Subtank Nano would go good with the Istick. Either setup should be less than $50.00. I use the Nitecore d2 charger. Works great and set me back about 16.00.
